Who we are
Equilinq Limited is a company registered in Hong Kong. We provide hardware prototyping and manufacturing services to founders and companies in Europe and the United States. You can reach us at contact@equilinq.eu.
What we collect
When you submit our intake form, you share your contact details (name, email, company) and project information (product description, stage, volume targets, timeline, and any files you choose to attach). We also collect basic technical data such as the pages you visit and the device type you use, through standard server logs.
Why we use it
We use your information to review your project, respond to your inquiry within 72 hours, and provide the services you request. The technical data helps us keep the site reliable and secure.
Legal basis
We process your information on the basis of your consent (you submit the form voluntarily) and our legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry and preparing a relevant proposal.
Where your data lives
Your intake form is processed by our form provider, Tally. Your email correspondence and project files are held in our email and shared storage. Access is limited to the Equilinq team and is granted on a need to know basis.
Confidentiality
Project files and ideas you share are treated as confidential. We sign NDAs before any sensitive files change hands, and on request. We never share your project information with factories, suppliers, or other partners without your written agreement.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while your inquiry or project is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to respond to follow up questions. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information we hold about you. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in your jurisdiction. To exercise any of these rights, email us at contact@equilinq.eu and we respond without undue delay.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data. We do not use advertising trackers or share your information for advertising purposes. We do not profile you.
